Join Mollee for Balance + Bliss, a monthly chakra-balancing workshop that incorporates the tools of asana (physical yoga postures), mantra (toning/sound), meditation, and reflection to restore balance to body and mind.
Balance + Bliss is an opportunity to not only balance our energy, but to serve as a monthly check-in to align our intentions and actions -- supporting mindful, intentional living -- helping us live life on purpose. :-)

Yin + Myofascial Release Workshop
Saturday, January 12 at 1 PM – 3 PM
Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility and aiding healing while stimulating the nadis or meridians to loosen energetic blockages and increase energy flow.
Myofascial Release (MFR) is a soft tissue technique designed to loosen the connective tissue surrounding and supporting the muscles of the body. Over time, this tissue becomes restricted causing pain and limiting movement. By releasing this buildup we can improve the suppleness and function of our muscles.
This will be an experiential workshop integrating the use of both Yin yoga and MFR techniques to release intractable areas in the body. The techniques shown in the workshop will be useful to include in your regular yoga practice and athletic pursuits and is also a great form of self care.
Cost: $25. Membership discounts apply.
Sports Specific Yoga: Five Week Series
Wednesdays February 6, 13, 20, 27, and March 6, 8:15 PM - 9:15 PM
As athletes we are competitive. We strive to be the best during our meet or game or race or performance or match and we work our body and mind to the enth degree in order to prepare.
We have a goal. We make a plan.
We repeat our practice over and over and over again. The repetitiveness of the practice, working the same muscles, and moving in the same way is what makes us great and is what prepares our body for the end goal. This exact plan is also what breaks down our body (and our mind) and can lead to injury keeping us from our need to compete.
Join Karin, a yoga instructor and a mom and a wife of athletes, “I want to keep my athletes on the field or the court for as long as they have the stamina. I don’t want them on the sidelines due to an injury that could have been prevented. I know there are others like me so I want to bring some relief for this on-going injury factor. I want to bring to the ‘everyday’ athlete an opportunity to continue pursuing their competitive side WHILE taking care of their body and reducing the opportunity for preventable injury.”
Sports Specific Yoga is a 5 week course centered around an athletes body, their mind, and functional movement, alignment, and mobility. We will be discussing the contraction and expansion of muscles in action. We will be touching on the ‘white noise’/self-talk and the power of our own mind (voice and thought) during our given activities. We will also be taking time on the floor to feel, explore, and be aware of how our muscles can open up and relax given ample time and practice.
This workshop is open to every athlete!
For those who are questioning performance pain
For those who want to reduce down-time between events
For those who want to stay healthy by keeping ample blood flow throughout their muscles
For those who want to be a bit more aware of what your body and mind can do as a team
Instructor: Karin Wollen
Cost: $75* Membership discounts apply.
*A parent or guardian must accompany any athlete under 13. You will only pay for the student.
Space is limited. All ages welcome.
