The Third Act: Navigating and Embracing the Third Third of Life

is a transformative retreat designed exclusively for women 60 and older who are ready to embrace this new chapter with intention, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose. Lead by Muddy Waters teachers and spaceholders: Randi Campbell, Nancy Denzer, & Wendy Pearson and set in the serene Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, WI, this retreat offers a unique blend of guided reflection, interactive workshops, and meaningful discussions that honor the wisdom, experiences, and possibilities of life’s later years.

Through storytelling, yoga & mindfulness practices, and creative exploration, participants will rediscover their strengths, clarify their aspirations, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves and others on the same journey.

This retreat is more than just a getaway—it’s a space for personal growth, self-discovery, and community. Thoughtfully curated sessions will cover topics such as redefining identity after career and family shifts, fostering resilience and vitality, and embracing change with curiosity rather than fear. Our hope is that attendees leave feeling empowered and inspired to shape their own meaningful and fulfilling Third Act.

This retreat encourages deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy the beauty of nature, nourishing meals, sauna + rain showers, and moments of quiet reflection that allow for integration and renewal. This is a time to step away from daily routines, connect with like-minded women, and return home with a fresh perspective on what it means to fully embrace this phase of life.
