Practice + Purpose: Self-study, soul inquiry, & sacred intention
Immersive Training in Svadhyaya + Authentic Alignment
February 22–March 1, 2026 · Santa Teresa, Costa Rica
As part of our 300HR advanced training, this 25-hour experience is an anchor point: a sacred turning inward toward the heart of your teaching. And your life.
practice + purpose
a soft call home to what’s always been true
This course is not just another training —
It is a return,
a remembering,
a necessary pause in the middle of the becoming.
As part of our 300HR advanced training, this 25-hour experience is an anchor point: a sacred turning inward toward the heart of your teaching. And your life.
Because before we can lead from a place of clarity,
before we can serve from a place of steadiness,
before we can speak from a place of truth—
we must know what’s really ours to say.
We must meet ourselves.
This module offers the teachings of Svadhyaya—self-study not as self-analysis, but as sacred encounter.
We’ll move with the wisdom of Dharma, Karma, and Seva not as concepts to memorize, but as pathways to walk.
And we’ll listen—truly listen—for the call of Sankalpa—that deep inner vow that doesn’t shout, but knows.
This course is for the one who wants to teach and live in alignment with what is true.
Who wants their life to feel like it belongs to them again.
Who wants their service to be a reflection of their essence—not their effort.
As a module within the larger 300HR journey, this is where the training becomes personal.
Where it roots.
Where the foundation begins to form—not from the outside in, but from the inside out.
You’re not learning who to become.
You’re remembering who you are—
and letting everything you offer rise from there.
what you’ll explore:
Devoted Practice (Abhyasa)
Learn how sustained, rhythmic effort creates true change. Refine your rituals, anchor into breath, and re-pattern from the inside out.
Non-Attachment (Vairagya)
Explore the art of letting go—of gripping, of needing, of story. Practice presence without expectation. Learn to receive instead of control.
Dharma
Define the soul statement of your life. Claim your personal values, your deeper why, and how you are here to serve.
Vikalpa + Samskara Inquiry
Recognize the limiting beliefs and inner patterns that create contraction. Meet them with compassion. Create new choices.
Sankalpa + Intention Setting
Create a heart-felt resolve. One that speaks directly to your potential. One that you can live into, breath by breath.
Embodied Asana + Fascial Flow
Movement sessions that attune you to sensation, release tension, and support nervous system regulation through intelligent, somatic sequences.
The Alchemy of Resistance and Desire
Bridge desire, energy, and resistance. Learn the energetics of manifesting change.
Sacred Closure
End the week with a ceremonial horseback ride along the beach. A ride into becoming! followed by a banquet.
who this is for:
• Teachers on the 300HR path
• Space holders and leaders ready for more truth
• Seekers in transition
• Humans wanting a quieter, wiser relationship to their purpose
This training is intimate, thoughtful, and designed to meet you where you are—without overwhelm, without urgency.

If your application is rejected, you will receive a full refund of all tuition, fees, and other charges. You will be entitled to a full refund of tuition, fees, and other charges if you give notice that you are canceling your enrollment within 5 days of being accepted into the school or program.
This five-day refund policy applies regardless of when the program starts. If you give notice more than 5 days after you signed the contract, but before the start of the program (or first lesson for an online distance education program), you will receive a refund of all tuition, fees, and other charges minus 15%, up to $50, of the total cost of the program. If you withdraw after the start of your program and it has been more than 5 days after you were accepted into your program, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the entire cost of your program based on your last day of attendance. You will be provided a prorated tuition, fees, and other charges refund minus your initial application fees, up to $50, and minus the less or 25% of the total tuition or $100. Proration is based on whether your program is term-based or clock hours and how much of the program you have completed.
If your program is term-based, the completion rate is the number of calendar days from the first date of the program through your last documented date of attendance divided by the length of the program. The completion rate is calculated to the second decimal point (.XX). If your program is clock-hour based, the completion rate is the number of clock hours you actually attended divided by the number of clock hours in the program. The completion rate is calculated to the second decimal point (.XX)
If you withdraw from your program after 75.00% of the program has completed, you are not entitled to a refund of tuition, fees, and other charges. You will receive written notice acknowledging your withdraw request within 10 business days after receipt of the notice and you will receive a refund of any tuition, fees, and other charges within 30 business days of receipt of your withdrawal. Any mailed notice is effective of the date of the postmark if sent by mail or the day it has been handdelivered to the school.
Notice to withdraw may also be given by email or verbally, including a voicemail, to a school official (defined by school’s Student Right to Cancel policy). [Heather Beier] If you do not withdraw in writing or contact the school about your absence, and you have not attended your program or contact the school about your absence for 14 consecutive days, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the school as of your last date of attendance. Your school is responsible for sending you a written notice of cancellation if you are withdrawn for failing to attend to your last known address. The confirmation from the school must state that the school has withdrawn you from enrollment, and if this action was not the student's intent, the student must contact the school.
